Artists seeking admission into the Calabasas Fine Arts Festival are required to submit materials to a jury panel for review.


Submission Materials

  • Three (3) high resolution photos of the work to be exhibited
     

  • One (1) high resolution photo of the booth display
     

  • An artist statement or brief description of work to be exhibited
     

  • Fees (see application for details)
     

  • Materials will be reviewed and artists will be notified Mid-March, 2012.

Become an Exhibitor in the
Calabasas Fine Arts Festival
May 5 & 6, 2012

The annual Fine Arts Festival has become a beloved community tradition during the first weekend of May   
each year, attracting hundreds of artists and thousands of collectors from the Southern California region.  The Calabasas Arts Council strives to offer affordable booth fees and qualified buyers.  Artists are encouraged to apply!

Exhibitor Requirements
Original / handcrafted work by exhibitor’s own hand
Weighted canopy (unless approved by Jury)
Personal display equipment

NOTE: The Calabasas Arts Council does not rent display equipment or canopies. The festival is unable to offer space to Commercial vendors or exhibitors with manufactured products. 

Fees & Additional Show Details
 2012 fees, deadlines and other show information is outlined on the application.  The deadline to submit is February 13, 2012. 

Late Applications:
Applications will be accepted until the show is full, however there is no guarantee that a space will be available. In an attempt to keep the show diverse, some mediums may be preferred over others. It is recommended that artists inquire about space availability by emailing artscouncil@cityofcalabasas.com before submitting a late application.
